Life can be challenging. When we look at it through the lenses of wonder, amazement and cool stuff that is out there it kind of changes our perspective. Every now and then you will encounter somebody that really stands out, initially because of what we see but then because of the substance behind it. One of those guys that really stands out to me is today's guest Jay Baer of Convince and Convert.

Jay is a New York Times bestselling author, a public speaker, a consultant, he runs a very successful consulting business. He works with some of the world’s biggest brands such as IBM, Cisco but more than that he is a guy who just got tremendous heart and you can see him coming a mile away because he wears these plaid jackets all the time.

Speaking of FUN, every now and then you have the pleasure of  meeting somebody that is just this unleashed ball of positive energy. Today's guest embodies this positive energy in everything she does. You might know her as the Instagram Gal, I like to think of her as Instagram's biggest cheerleader because she is absolutely in love with Instagram and loves teaching others how to use it. She is a leader in the social space and her name is Sue B Zimmerman.

If you are in a place where you are stuck in life or you are hating what you are doing. You have to stop and reexamine the path you are taking yourself on and understand why are you doing it. Only then can you try to find what you really want to do. Sometimes it takes a leap to do what you love in life.

Today’s guest took that leap and left his career as a lawyer to do what he loves. All it took was two little words, What If. Today’s guest is Lou Mongello of host of the award winning travel podcast, WDW Radio. A podcast dedicated to celebrating the magic of Walt Disney World.

Lou is a social media pioneer, influencer and a motivational speaker. Lou fell in love with Disney on his very first visit to the park in 1971 with his parents and has since turned this love into his full time business.
